We want every client to feel confident and supported when booking with LC Group Fit and CPR. Our goal is to provide a fair, flexible policy that respects your time and ours while keeping classes running smoothly.

💬 Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds when cancellations are made within our time-based cancellation window:

• Full refund if canceled 48 hours or more before the scheduled class or CPR session.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours are not eligible for a refund, but may qualify for a one-time reschedule.

🔄 Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life happens. If you need to adjust your plans:

• You may reschedule once at no charge when you notify us at least 24 hours before your session.
• Reschedule requests made under 24 hours may be subject to a small late-change fee.

🚫 No-Show Policy

Because our fitness and CPR classes reserve limited spots:

• No-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
• This ensures fairness to clients on waitlists and helps us maintain high-quality instruction.

🧑‍🏫 If LC Group Fit and CPR Cancels

If we ever need to cancel a class or CPR session due to instructor illness, emergencies, or low enrollment:

• You will receive a full refund or a free reschedule, whichever you prefer.
• We always aim to notify you as early as possible.

📘 Digital Products & Online Programs

Any digital fitness programs, CPR prep materials, or downloadable content are non-refundable once delivered.

❤️ Emergency Exceptions

We know unexpected situations arise. If you experience a medical emergency, family emergency, or other serious circumstance:

• Please contact us directly.
• We may offer a case-by-case exception or reschedule option as a courtesy.

🧾 How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
